Growth doesn’t feel good. At least not at first.

Discomfort is part of the journey as we confront new perspectives that challenge what we’ve always assumed to be true.

A wider worldview—one that makes space for realities outside our own—doesn’t come from comfort. 

It comes from listening when it’s easier to speak, from sitting with tension instead of resolving it too quickly, from recognizing that our role is to serve instead of to help, and from recognizing that our personal experience is not the full story.

Discomfort is a sign of movement.
